This is Magna, the magnesium powered hydration supplement. Magna combines 3 different forms of magnesium along with electrolytes in 4 different flavor options (Lemon Lime, Tea Lemonade, Watermelon Lime and Peach Mango). These come in stick packets as well making these a convenient option to put in your gym bag, your purse, etc. As noted above, there are 3 different forms of magnesium used in this product. There is a total of 210mg of magnesium per stick packet with 36mg of Magnesium L-Threonate, 37mg of Magnesium Glycinate and 137mg of Magnesium Malate. Magnesium L-Threonate enhances focus and mental clarity. Magnesium Glycinate promotes athletic recovery and reduces soreness. Magnesium Malate creates and sustains cellular energy. Also included in the formula is 460mg of Chloride (as Sodium Chloride), either 300mg or 340mg of Sodium, depending on the flavor (as Sodium Chloride) and 150mg of Potassium (as Potassium Citrate). There are 10 calories per stick packet as well as 2mcg of Vitamin D, .85mg of Vitamin B6 and 1.2mcg of Vitamin B12. These are also flavored with Stevia Leaf Extract and in order to color the powders, they are using either Spirulina, Turmeric or Fruit & Vegetable Juice. I like using a stick of these right after my workouts to help replenish me. I typically supplement with magnesium post-workout and this is a substitute option that helps me bounce back and be productive for the rest of my day.
