✨Lil Pastina Puttanesca with @lil pastina ✨ #AD - FOODIE INCLUSIVE MOMENT ✨ As someone who doesn’t usually make GF recipes, I’m thrilled to bring this one to my lovely followers! Honestly, I couldn’t even tell this was a gluten-free pastina product, it’s really good! Check out the recipe below for an easy, flavorful, and delicious GF meal. Enjoy! ✨ Ingredients: 12 oz pastina 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp red pepper flakes 4 tbsp drained capers 4 garlic cloves, grated 1 cup pitted olives, halved 2 anchovy fillets (optional) 14 oz crushed tomatoes or passata 2 tbsp tomato paste 2 tsp salt (adjust to taste, and go slowly with the salt as there are many salty ingredients in this recipe) Instructions: Start boiling pastina in salted water according to package instructions. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add anchovies and stir to melt. Add red pepper flakes, capers, garlic, and olives. Sauté for 2 minutes. Add tomato paste and stir caramelizing a little then add crushed tomatoes, and season with salt. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened a bit and the flavors have come together. Toss cooked pastina with the sauce, add pasta water if you need to loosen it. Serve! Top with cheese or chili oil or parsley if you’d like! #SenzaPasta #Pastina #recipe #glutenfree #puttanesca
